A local ghost-hunter will prove he's "afraid of no ghosts" when he gets ready for an eerie expedition in Barton. Andrew Kilbee, lead investigator of Ghosthunters R Us Brigg, will hunt for paranormal activity at the Coach And Horses pub in Barton. The investigation is on Wednesday, and Andrew is excited about what might lie in store.
He said: "I paid a visit to the Coach And Horses after having a meal there and spoke with the landlady about the pub being haunted.
"The bar manager had seen some kind of possession involving the landlord, who after opening a door to a cupboard in a disused room, took a couple of steps back, sat down and cried, before falling to the floor screaming 'Get me out'.
"Once they moved him to the living room he had no recollection of it. This is one of the events I will re-enact."
Andrew has a wide range of equipment he uses when detecting ghosts, including a pocket ghost radar, which acts similarly to the radar you would find on a boat.
It is said to calibrate and pick up any energy in the room that cannot be attributed to everyday objects.
