One of the world's most active volcanoes is being monitored by scientists after a crater floor collapsed, spewing lava 65ft into the air. The Kilauea Volcano on Hawaii's Big Island has been in constant eruption for 28 years and is a popular attraction for holidaymakers.
On Saturday, one of the crater floors, called Pu'u 'O'o, collapsed and dropped 370ft. Separately, a fissure opened on the eastern side of the volcano measuring more than 1,500ft and spewing lava into the air.
