A mysterious Man in Black was caught on camera entering the Dallas Police Headquarters lobby and no questions asked. He was dressed very strange when you see the other persons entering the lobby. He goes as far as to stand on guard at the DPD without being asked why he was there. Did MIB visit the DPD during the assasination of JFK?
