Like nearly all of the UFO phenomenon, much sober minded theory has been substituted in popular culture by memes, that is to say, viral creations of consensus whose basis is repetition of innovated terminology, which is repeated so often over a long course of time, that these memes are superimposed upon, or substitute themselves for less biased associations and identifications, which by their nature are not loaded with either self fulfilling logic in the form of anticipation, or a sort of faith based post it note lacking any evidential basis outside of the wording of "I want to believe." The willingness to believe one's own suggestions or more importantly that of others, has another name and that name is the historical record. Beneath the popularity of memes as substitutions for further inquiry, one has to ascertain and distinguish parallel pathways or should we say the cycle of history, wherein the players may change, however, the circumstances as applied to the motivation of suspects in our gallery of rogues, may have offered them the irresistible desire to improve upon their previous techniques, which in of themselves, have a dark history of motivations, hidden from common view, vouchsafed by an equally common view, that the narratives within the history of psychology from the Third Reich Era has informed me, the simple truism that people believe lies because the alternative, the truth, is at times, is too horrific to contemplate.In this lies an account of a theory that links justification and justice in the eyes of their beholders, in that more often than not,neither one serves a common master.

The Lack of Innocence Until Proven Guilty

If we were detectives, those empirical theorists who gather facts as to unsolved events, for someone to ask us to explain the motives, opportunities and means by which an unknown perpetrator committed themselves to undertake such an activity in advance of gathering all the evidence, what should our response to that query be? As for myself, I plead ignorance and abide with patience,but I have my own suspicions.

I had a family relation who was a homicide detective. In one of our many conversations, he told me that if you ask ten different witnesses what occurred, how "what" occurred and why it occurred, you are assured to have ten dissimilar responses from each of your ten "reliable" observers. Bill said that the key to determining the truth of the matter was to focus on the similarities within these accounts, as to both their incident of recurring narratives, as well as comparing the evidence to their testimony. We all know the difference between a circumstantial conclusion and an air tight case of causality. Witness testimony relies on memory, while evidence does not. For the present,lets leave out alien perpetrators and focus on what occurred rather than the provocateur.

Human Experimentation By Abduction

Here we have a case of of reported mass abductions. The common thread among them is the identity of the perpetrators is based largely on memory of the victims. They report a largely common experience in being approached near or being awakened from a sleep cycle and taken to a remote location described as a surgical suite. The victim accounts of these perpetrators varies are identified as benign and benevolent captors in the hindsight of The Stockholm Syndrome. The kidnappers behaviors exhibit the pathology of a hive composed of highly focused sociopaths employed as technocrats.
