Have you ever been in the north east and heard the cries of a child you cannot locate or seen an unusual shadow drift in front of you? Could it be the Wooragee Ghost or the Crying Girl? Perhaps these sites and sounds can be accounted for but with the Australian Paranormal Activity Research Team in Beechworth this weekend, we are not letting science or logic get in the way of a good ghost story and 93-year-old Alan French has some tales for you.
This weekend the Australian Paranormal Activity Research Team is investigating strange sightings and odd noises reported to have happened in the Beechworth Gaol.
In the spirit of hearing a good ghost story, we thought we would get 93-year-old Alan French to share some of the favourite ghost stories he heard as a youngster growing up in the Wooragee and Beechworth area.
