An awkward moment in the What’s On bunker when we receive an enquiry from “Psychic” Sally Morgan’s “people” asking if we’d like to interview “Britain’s best-loved celebrity psychic” in advance of her Cambridge show later this year.

I start to make a mental note of questions, to wit:

1) Don’t you think it’s cruel to prey on vulnerable and bereaved people?

2) Tell me about your fascinating new Sky Living show, Psychic Sally on the Road. It sounds super.

3) Seriously though, don’t you think it’s cruel to prey on vulnerable and bereaved people?
